高速运行的秘密

结构形式是其关键所在
 
 
相对于传统丝杆模组而言,直线电机模组之所以能够保持高速运行的关键,主要在其结构形式上。
 
 
Compared to traditional screw modules, the key to maintaining high-speed operation of linear motor modules is mainly in their structural form.

直线电机模组不需要中间转换装置(滚珠丝杆和联轴器等),就可以直接驱动负载。这种结构形式下,就不会存在因为运行速率高而引起的机构震动,以及滚珠循环线路对运行速率提升的限制。
 
 
The linear motor module can directly drive the load without the need for intermediate conversion devices (such as ball screws and couplings). In this structural form, there will be no mechanism vibration caused by high operating speed, as well as the limitation of the ball circulation circuit on the increase of operating speed.
 
 
 
高速运行下的约束

直线电机模组的速度虽然相对较高,但是也并非无任何限制。大多数应用在1-3m/s的速度较为常见。
 
 
Although the speed of the linear motor module is relatively high, it is not without any limitations. Most applications are common at speeds of 1-3m/s.
 
 
 
主要限制方面
 
 
 
1、直线电机本身的反向电动势限制。达到一定速度时电机推力会下降,该速度一般称呼为电机的最大速度(增大电压会适当提高电机最大速度)。
 
 
 
2、直线电机模组的导轨限制,一般不建议超过3m/s,如果需要更高速度,所选择的导轨的要求需要相应提高。
 
 
 
3、一般运行要求越高的直线电机,成本会越高。以满足设备节拍要求即可,合理控制成本。
 
 
 
1.  The reverse electromotive force limitation of the linear motor itself. When a certain speed is reached, the motor thrust will decrease, which is generally referred to as the maximum speed of the motor (increasing the voltage will appropriately increase the maximum speed of the motor).   
 
 
2. The guide rail limit for linear motor modules is generally not recommended to exceed 3m/s. If higher speeds are required, the requirements for the selected guide rail need to be correspondingly increased.
 
 
3. Generally, linear motors with higher operating requirements will have higher costs. To meet the equipment rhythm requirements and reasonably control costs.

在直线电机高速运行时,由于负载的重力和电机的吸引力二者相叠加下转化为滑块对导轨的压力,使得滑块摩擦加剧,产生更大的噪音。线马科技的DB/DF系列直线电机,其对外部没有任何吸引力。可以大幅减少滑块对导轨的摩擦力,从而减轻运行时的噪音以及延长滑块和导轨的使用寿命。
 
 
 
When the linear motor runs at high speed, the combination of the gravity of the load and the attraction of the motor transforms into the pressure of the slider on the guide rail, which intensifies the friction of the slider and generates greater noise. The DB/DF series linear motors from Linema Technology have no external appeal.
